Whether you're a long-time resident or just passing through, Trobec's bar and grill promises a dining experience that satisfies both the palate and the soul.

One of the standout features of Trobec’s is its celebrated buffet, particularly during the Lenten season. As Leah Pelzer describes, the Lenten buffet is an exquisite feast that includes a medley of fried and baked Pollock, succulent salmon, mouthwatering butterfly shrimp, and even shrimp Alfredo. Each dish is cooked to perfection, and with a salad bar that complements the spread, it’s clear why patrons rave about the value at just $24.00 for an all-you-can-eat experience. We had the Lenten buffet and it was absolutely delicious. All the food was cooked to perfection. I honestly felt like the price, 24.00, was well worth it. We had unlimited fried and baked Pollock, Salmon, butterfly shrimp, Scallops, grilled shrimp skewers, shrimp Alfredo, and some amazing garlic mashed potatoes. There is a salad bar and other things with the buffet but those were the things I had and they were perfect. The buffet was kept stocked full of the delicious food. Our waitress was awesome, super nice and kept us well hydrated. I noticed that all the waitress seemed to be very keenly aware of the customers and I don't think anybody had to wait for anything. I highly recommend trying this particular buffet...it is available on Fridays during Lent every year.

My girlfriend worked at Red lobster for 14 years and she couldn't stop talking about how good the salmon was. They had a full salad bar and shrimp alfredo, breaded shrimp, shrimp on a skewer. Then they had salmon, cod, Pollock fillets,. I probably left a few things out. Then they had fresh fish in each selection until the very end at 9:00 they were still putting fresh stuff out I would have to say the only - thing about it was for two children and two adults it cost 82tip. Still worth it though with all that was offered.

Ordered food to go from the establishment's long time owner Ray! Ray was very accommodating. Chicken available in any quantity we desired. And it was delicious! Fair prices too.

This is a great bar to go to, we didn't have any food, but I bet it would've been phenomenal, because of the two older ladies that were working there at the time.. . . .
